FAQ's:

What is the normal turn around time?
Depends on the repair needed and if the parts are available locally.  The typical repair takes ~3 days.  Most take 1-2 days.  Some that require parts from warehouses across the country can take a week.

Do you do on site / drop off / pick up and delivery?
Yes. Yes. and Yes.  Appointments need to be set up for all of them.  Use my Contact page to call me or email me to set up a time.  Which one is best is up to your budget and the service needed.

What about pricing?
Pricing is done one of two ways:  Flat rate, or hourly.  Hourly is typically done if I am on site, and a flat rate is given for a pick up / delivery or drop off.  In either case I provide a good faith estimate on what I think it will end up being.  No surprises for you equals no headaches for me. :)

Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely!  My goal is not to let a single customer feel unsatisfed with their service and as such I want to get it right the first time.  If for whatever reason my work is not to your satisfaction, simply give me a call and I will take steps to make it right.

I am not sure if my computer has a problem or not?
Not a problem.  I offer free diagnostics on any computer that is dropped off to me at my location in Richfield.  I will do a full hardware diagnostics, along with a courtesy virus scan and tune up recommendations.  If something is wrong with the computer - I will give you a call and give you an estimate to fix it.  If I find nothing wrong, or you choose not to get the problem repaired: not a problem!  No obligation or sales tactics here.

What are some signs that my computer needs some help?
The most common signs are:
General Slowness or Sluggishness.
Popups / Advertisements that come frequently
Long start up times
Blue Screens of Death
"Anti Virus programs" that "scan" your computer and ask for your Credit Card to remove infections
